Listen, I did updates same as this, took activation, never asked u.
I edited ppl to Soldier when they joined, never asked.
I even did lots of stuff b4 this, and i posted on Updates topic on news and annoucement.

you clearly stated "good job keep it up."
And now since we got 30 members, i put activation back AND EVEN FIXED SIGS.
and now ure demoting me, for a unfair reason, if u saw me doing w.e and i posted it to public, and even posted good job, couldn't u have warned me?
w.e I'm out of the clan. But still wanna be re-conless on town.

I'm gonna join a clan where i'm welcomed and ppl speak up when u do something wrong, in this case u lied to me, i'm joining [LaG] or [TGV] or Fatal, somewhere where Wars are recent, and we train, can't we request the pw of a locked dust?

I didn't want to bring him into this but Koolaid supported this as well, you have gone over my head alot now and have begun making rules yourself instead of enforcing the ones already put in place by both me and SCRN.
I consulted SCRN, KoolAid, and Supa before I decided, and even than i was willing to give you time t redeem yourself before I took action. If anything I am being extremely lenient, which I dislike, Deatherr would of banned you perm on your first offense here if he was me, and Light would of probably perm banned you now. I'm willing to be a friend but I am also trying to be a leader. A good leader does not show an inch more for a friend than a stranger under their lead. I will address each of the following.

Activation was off for a good reason and I specifically told you not to turn it back on. I am happy you fixed sigs but I am unhappy you did not ask of my permission to do so, even after I've had this talk multiple times with you and other admins. It's in the rules to always ask permission.

I have warned you time and time again and what I was saying good job too was not what you were demoted for doing.
I told you not to clip old topics in case we need them for future reference, and you did that.
I told you not to change activation and you did that.
I told you do not change setting without my permission and you continued to do that for better or for worse you still went over my head and directly went against the rules. I had no choice but to punish you and I will not show any more lenience in further infractions, that goes with everyone.

You're quitting off of your own mistake, this isn't any attack on me whatsoever and does not effect me. If you're going to go because you got lucky and only got banned from adminship for a week than all that does is sort out how well you really deserved your position and will make up my mind in whether you should get your job back if you decide to come back.

I flat out told you to stop doing things and you ignored it, I told you to read the rules and even now I doubt you could recall what the second rule of being an admin is without going and reading them now. You did this to yourself and you have no position to blame me or call me a liar.

This is true you have, but at the cost of obedience issues. Koolaid and Vik are much more professional and obedient, and I do not question their loyalty. They are good staff members because they don't go out and do specifically what I told them not to do more than once.

So now I know, i always knew Leadership is more important than friends, for you can't just be all nice to your friend and not to the others, so this is what I deserved.

I know that this is hard on me, but I don't know, I had a talk with a player ShadowUzi, my friend, about my other friends, about how 1 person can ruin everything for the others, lost so many friends through outcast not hosting, 20 friends of mine left without saying bye. FaiL, Yamato wont play again, Divine, wont play. and Cookie, god knows he quit. I'm stuck in my last clan. With my last friends, I just don't know, leaving you guys behind is hard for me, Koolaid and Metal, you are my only friends I have to rely on.

I got pissed and mad on many people, like this clan, if someone asked me for help, I just got madder, for the talk with Uzi was harsh on me, I didn't want to talk about it, but man, how much stuff can happen in a short period, this whole clan thing is mad, if the clan falls, your friends get tired of joining other clans, get bored, and quit like the rest. I've been mad all the way from 2 weeks ago, and current. That talk was just really really really not called for. Just some misunderstanding.
Uzi told me I could make some real awesome friends, that's where I witted out.
There's simply no other friends like the ones I had before. I don't like clans, just the idea is hard, too much stuff clans do to you and your friends. This talk made me completely turn into a Mean Business man who is greedy to even share a penny.

I don't know, this is too much on me already, I don't like talking about my friends, or the talk I had with Uzi, I don't hate anyone, it's just that I ACT like I hate everyone.

White you will always be a friend, I have had a far longer experience being a leader than I let on, this is just my first CS2D clan and a different set of people. You are welcome to stay and go as you please, and if you go you're always welcome back. I do things for your own good, that is why I am here.
