New server Idea!!!!

Ok so here it is. My grand idea for a server is to make a big map with nothing but grass and a corner with a few wepons in it. I have a lot of details but Im not going to go through the trouble to post them unless this works with metal.

Basics: Its a sandbox server. there are two teams. T and CT. CT is the admin only team. T is all normal players. THE HIGHLIGHT is that you get to build WHATEVER YOU WANT WITH NO RESTRICTIONS.

Some rules:
#1: dont mess with someones stuff unless they let you.
#2: if an admin tells you to move something or remove something then do it.
#3: do not kill randomly.
#4: do not spawn camp.
#5: do not spam anything or you will be kicked.

Metal and others please try this out. I will post more if this idea is embraced.

You know ppl will be playing alone sometimes, building up a spawncamp turret base?
Admins aren't all the time on.
